Our company consists of four partners: Rick Reichelt, Inna Turchin, Bert Duss and Charlene Duss. Together we bring a combined 100 plus years of experience in the food and hospitality industry. We bring passion and experience in our effort to be the best Food & Beverage Company in the Okanagan. Each partner brings diverse experience to enhance our business and improve operations in their area.
Rick Reichelt has been in the hotel, restaurant and bar business for over 30 years, mostly in Vernon. His other businesses included Squires Four Pub, Bourbon Street and The Blue Heron Waterfront Pub & Restaurant. Rick primarily focuses on the front of house operations.
Inna Turchin has worked internationally as a Chef for the last 20 years. In more recent years she has led culinary teams in Vernon, including Bourbon Street, Squires Four Pub, Blue Heron Pub and Sparkling Hill Resort. Inna primarily focuses on culinary operation.
Bert Duss has a diverse international background and has successfully operated many restaurants and pubs, including Moose Mulligans and Settlers Pub. Currently he is a partner in Bourbon Street, Aquatico Bay Restaurant, and Bert’s Catering. Bert primarily focuses on Business Development, but jumps in to the front and back of house as needed.
Charlene Duss, our newest partner, has over 15 years experience in the hospitality industry and a degree in Psychology and Human Relations from UBCO. She is currently managing the front of house operations at Bourbon Street Bar & Grill.
